Maryland

There isn't too much we can say about Maryland - we slept there and ate there but it was just our pit stop for our activities in Washington DC. We're sure it's a lovely state though!

This hotel also came with a security guard out the front who assured us that even though "the area has a problem", he'd been working hard for four years to make sure "the motel is very safe....just be back here before dark and make sure you deadbolt the door". Which we did and survived it all very nicely!
